Rafer Alston needs to step up for the Houston Rockets

Blogged under Bloglockers,Front Page,Need to step up by alleyoop on Thursday 6 December 2007 at 1:21 pm

The Rockets need Rafer Alston to play better or he will lose more minutes with Mike James around. He is only shooting 37.4% from the floor and that just won’t get it done in Rick Adelman’s offense. In his first 18 games this season, Alston has averaged 29.4 minutes, 8.2 points, 3.1 rebounds, 4.8 assists and 1.1 steals per game. It’s hard to have an offense clicking on all cylinders when the point guard isn’t doing a good job and that’s what is happening on the Rockets so far this season.

I think the Houston Rockets should trade for Jason Kidd. all the major teams have three central guys on the floor. This move will let TMAC roam free to score and Yao to clean the board for rebounds. Without this type of move they will be one and done in the playoffs.

Jason Kidd is just the spark plug needed for Houston to get through at least to the second round or more. There is alos enough season remaining for the three of them to gel before the playoffs.

It would be hard for the Rockets to fit Jason Kidd under the salary cap. I agree with you that Kidd would make a huge difference on the Rockets but they might not be a good match for the Nets.

If you are willing to buy real estate, you will have to get the personal loans. Moreover, my father always utilizes a car loan, which supposes to be really reliable.
