Kevin McHale did a good job in 2012-13 for the Houston Rockets
55-year old head coach Kevin McHale had a solid 2012-13 for the Rockets. He led them to a 45-37 (54.9%) record during the regular season and he got the Rockets to win a couple of playoff games in the first round against the heavily favored Oklahoma City Thunder. McHale is now 79-69 (53.4%) during the regular season and 2-4 (33.3%) in the playoffs in his first two years on the job for the Rockets. McHale is now 118-124 (48.8%) during the regular season in his first four years as an NBA head coach and he is 2-4 (33.3%) in the playoffs. McHale had a rough time with issues of the court (the death of his daughter), so he might want to retire in the off-season….but the Rockets want him back. Stay tuned.
